IMPORTANT: The Willow Springs HOA Monthly Board of Director Meetings are typically conducted on the first Thursday of each month. Special Meetings of the Board of Directors are conducted on an as-needed basis and proper notice will also be provided.

Welcome to Willow Springs, a deed-restricted neighborhood of 77 single-family two and three-bedroom homes and the people who live in those homes. Overseeing the Willow Springs Homeowners Association is a board of directors composed of volunteers whose monthly meetings are open to all homeowners.

Homeowner association fees, which are among the lowest in the area, include some exterior maintenance such as lawns and fertilization, the irrigation system, house painting and roof cleaning.

Residents keep track of what’s going on via a volunteer-produced newsletter, published to correspond with the meetings of the board. Willow Springs also has its own telephone directory, which includes helpful information such as irrigation schedule, master copies of architectural forms and committee chairs.

Willow Springs is a sociable neighborhood who enjoys scheduled pot-luck dinners and/or cocktail hours at the clubhouse and other activities. Neighbors look out for one another—keeping an eye out for anything amiss and offering a helping hand when someone needs assistance.

A Welcome Committee member greets new residents, introducing them to the neighborhood, giving telephone directories and offering information about everything from garbage collection to submitting forms for approval of architectural changes.
